Store credit is an easy way to pay for orders with us. This article explains what store credit is, how to check your balance, and how to redeem it at checkout.

What is Store Credit?

Store credit is value we add to your account that you can use to pay for purchases. It works like a gift card balance applied at checkout. Your credit can be used on eligible products and will reduce your order total. If your order total is less than your credit, the remaining balance stays on your account for next time.

How You Receive Store Credit

You may receive store credit when:

• We process a return or exchange
• We resolve an order issue or provide goodwill credit
• We run a promotion that grants credit

How to Check Your Store Credit Balance

You can check your balance in one of the following ways:

• Email link: Open the credit email you received and click View balance.
• Profile page: Your store credit balance will be shown on your profile page in the payment method section.
• At checkout: Your store credit balance will be shown above the payment method form
• Ask support: Contact our Customer Support and we can confirm your current balance.

How to Redeem Store Credit at Checkout

You can use store credit on our online store during checkout:

1. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout
2. Enter your contact and shipping details
3. Apply your store credit:
   1. If you have other discount codes or gift card codes, enter it in the Discount field and select Apply
   2. If part of your credit is automatically available, you will see it as a payment option. Select apply.
4. Complete payment:
   1. If your credit covers the full amount, you can place the order without another payment method
   2. If your credit only covers part of the total, pay the remaining balance using your preferred payment method

Notes:

• You can combine store credit with other payment methods if your credit does not cover the full total.
• You may only apply all of none of the store credit to your order. Currently, we do not support adding partial store credit to an order.
• In most cases, only one discount code can be used per order. Store credit codes typically count as a gift card and can still be combined with one discount, but some promotions may not be combinable.

What Store Credit Can Be Used For

• Most products on our store, unless otherwise stated on the product page
• Subtotal of your order
• In most regions, credit can also cover shipping and taxes. If there are exceptions for your region or for specific products, these will be shown at checkout

Expiry, Refunds, and Limitations

• Unless stated in your email, store credit does not expire
• Partial use: If you do not spend the full credit, the remaining balance stays available for your next order
• Refunds: If you return an order paid with store credit, the refund is usually returned to store credit. If you used a mix of credit and another payment method, refunds may go back proportionally
• Non-transferable: Store credit is typically for your use only and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Country restrictions: Store credit is valid only on our online store in the same currency it was issued
